  • These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, clients, merchants, and contributors of content. 

Orders:

  • All orders are subject to availability. In case of stock issues, you will be notified and offered a similar alternative or full refund. 
  • Bulk and custom orders require advance confirmation and may include minimum quantity requirements. 
  • Customized products (with logos, names, designs, etc.) will require written approval via email or on-platform before production.
  • Exchange is not applicable as an alternative to the ordered product. Only valid in case of faulty products. Refund is not applicable. 

Pricing and Payment:

  • Prices are listed in INR and are exclusive of GST and shipping unless otherwise mentioned. 
  • KhaasGifts reserves the right to update prices, discounts, or offers at any time without prior notice. 
  • Payment must be completed in full before dispatch, unless special B2B terms are agreed upon in writing. 

Intellectual Property:

  • All content, branding, packaging design, and templates are proprietary to KhaasGifts unless stated otherwise. 
  • Clients may not reproduce, resell, or misuse any part of the service or product without express permission or branding credit. 

Liability:

  • KhaasGifts  is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the products or website. 
  • We are committed to fulfilling your order as per specification, but are not responsible for external delivery delays, force majeure events, or misuse of products after delivery. 

Changes to Terms:

  • KhaasGifts may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the changes.
