Khaas, the corporate gifting division of ObserveNow Media, accepts payments for its gifting services—including bulk gift orders, festive hampers, personalized merchandise, and subscription-based gifting plans—via authorized Credit/Debit Card POS terminals and NEFT bank transfers. These methods are provided to ensure secure, traceable, and compliant financial transactions between the Client (“you”) and ObserveNow Media (“we”, “us”, or “Khaas”).
By successfully completing a payment transaction with Khaas, you confirm your acceptance of a legally binding and enforceable contract with ObserveNow Media for the purchase of the specified gifting product or service. Once a transaction has been processed—either through card swipe or NEFT—the Client may not cancel the transaction unless explicitly permitted under a pre-defined cancellation policy related to that specific product, plan, or gifting service.
In all such cases, cancellation or refund requests, if entertained, will be solely at the discretion of Khaas and may require supporting documentation or additional details for evaluation.
Card POS Payments
For payments made via Credit/Debit Card POS terminals, a printed or digital receipt will be provided immediately at the time of transaction. This receipt serves as official proof of payment.
NEFT Bank Transfers
In the case of NEFT transactions, Clients must share the UTR number and a screenshot or proof of payment with the Khaas team. Payment confirmation and further processing of the gifting order will only occur after the funds have been credited and verified in our official bank account.
Transaction Liability
Khaas is not liable for failed or delayed transactions resulting from:
- Card declines
- NEFT processing issues
- Insufficient funds
- Incorrect UTR references
- Network failures or incorrect remitter details
The Client is solely responsible for ensuring all transaction details are accurate and valid before initiating payment.
Post-Transaction Policy
Once a product or service—such as the dispatch of gifts, confirmation of personalized printing, or execution of a gifting subscription—has been fulfilled, refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following rare circumstance:
- The delivered product or service materially differs from the description or commitment made in official communication or product listing.
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Changes of mind
- Aesthetic dissatisfaction
- Delays caused by incorrect delivery information
- General post-order regret unless non-performance is demonstrable
Refund Request Window
Any refund or correction request must be formally raised within three (3) calendar days from the date of the transaction, or within the specific time window mentioned on our platform (whichever is later).
To initiate a request, you must:
- Email the Khaas support team or file an official claim
- Clearly state the reason for the request
- Reference the exact deliverables or service conditions not met
- Attach relevant supporting documentation or photographic evidence where applicable
Evaluation and Finality
ObserveNow Media (Khaas) retains complete discretion over the approval, rejection, or partial acceptance of any refund or transaction-related request.
We may reach out to the Client for additional clarification or verification before concluding the case.
The decision communicated by Khaas shall be considered final and binding, and no further escalation shall be entertained beyond the grievance redressal process mentioned in our Terms.

We reserve the right to modify this Payment and Transaction Policy at any time. Users are strongly advised to review the most updated version available on our official platform before initiating any new transaction.
