By initiating a purchase or transaction involving the physical delivery of corporate gifts, merchandise, or related items through the Khaas platform by ObserveNow Media, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Shipping and Delivery Policy.
All delivery timelines provided by Khaas are indicative and must be treated as estimates unless a specific, fixed delivery date has been explicitly agreed upon and confirmed in writing by us through official communication. While we strive to dispatch and deliver all gift items within the promised timeframe, we do not guarantee delivery on or by a particular date unless such assurance has been contractually committed.
Shipping Charges
The delivery cost will be calculated at the time of initiating the order based on the shipping destination provided by the Client and will be included in the total Transaction Amount at checkout or invoice. Charges may vary depending on:
- Delivery location (urban, remote, or tiered zones)
- Package weight or volume
- Speed of delivery (standard vs. express)
- Third-party logistics fees and surcharges (if applicable)
Order Fulfillment & Address Accuracy
Once your transaction is successfully completed and payment is confirmed, your gifting order will be processed and dispatched to the address provided.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address, recipient name, contact number, and delivery instructions (if any) are complete and accurate.
Khaas will not be held responsible for:

Delayed or Undelivered Packages
If you do not receive your order within seven (7) days of the estimated delivery date communicated to you at the time of dispatch, you must notify the Khaas team immediately via the support email or phone number listed on our website.

Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries
