By initiating a purchase or transaction involving the physical delivery of corporate gifts, merchandise, or related items through the KhaasGifts platform operated by ADVEBRO PRODUCTIONS LLP (via ObserveNow.com), you (“Client”, “you”) agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Shipping and Delivery Policy.

All delivery timelines provided by KhaasGifts are indicative and must be treated as estimates unless a specific, fixed delivery date has been explicitly agreed upon and confirmed in writing by us through official communication. While we strive to dispatch and deliver all gift items within the promised timeframe, we do not guarantee delivery on or by a particular date unless such assurance has been contractually committed.

Shipping Charges

The delivery cost will be calculated at the time of initiating the order based on the shipping destination provided by the Client and will be included in the total Transaction Amount at checkout or invoice. Charges may vary depending on:

Order Fulfillment & Address Accuracy

Delayed or Undelivered Packages

If you do not receive your order within seven (7) days of the estimated delivery date communicated to you at the time of dispatch, you must notify the KhaasGifts team immediately via the support email or phone number listed on our website.
 Delayed reporting may limit our ability to trace, resolve, or compensate for the delivery issue.

Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries
