Eligibility for Return or Replacement
Due to the personalized and often perishable/custom nature of our gifting products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

The product was damaged or defective upon delivery

The shipment was incomplete or contained incorrect items

The packaging shows clear evidence of tampering
Note: General dissatisfaction or change of mind does not qualify for return or replacement.
Return Request Timeline
All return or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product. Beyond this window, Khaas reserves the right to decline the claim due to handling and verification constraints.
Required Documentation
To initiate a return or replacement request, please provide the following:

Return & Pickup Process

If approved, a pickup will be arranged through our courier partners (if applicable)

In certain cases, clients may be asked to return the item themselves, post which reimbursement or replacement will be processed

Replacements will be dispatched only after verification of the issue
Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are non-returnable:

Custom-branded or personalized gifts

Perishable items (e.g. food hampers, gourmet baskets)

Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or handling post-delivery
Replacement Timeline
Once verified and approved, replacement orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days, subject to inventory availability. If the original item is out of stock, an alternate item of equal or higher value will be offered.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds unless:

The order was paid for and not delivered

A double payment was made in error
Refunds, if eligible, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.
